When you see the scary figure in this pic - you can't un-see it

During a weekend photography trip with a friend, a Reddit user took this stunning photo under a bridge. But when he went home and uploaded the photo on his computer - what he saw in the photo sent chills down his spine.
"I took a picture of the 4th street bridge. Had no idea my friend and I were being watched for the 20 minutes we were under the bridge."
When he shared the photo on Reddit, everyone reacted in horror. You don't see anything in the pic above right? Well, continue to see a close up pic of the shadowy figure watching them..

The shadowy figure is at the top of the bridge, lurking in the arches and staring right at the person taking the photos. Creepy! And how the heck did he get there?

Nigerian Army removes Commander whose battalion revolted yesterday

The Army Commander whose unit revolted yesterday May 14th in Maiduguri (read  here ) has been removed by the Nigerian Army from the 7th infantry division. Spokesman of the Nigerian Army, Major General Chris Olukolade, announced the removal of Major General Ahmadu Mohammed in a statement released today. The Commander's battalion revolted yesterday, shooting sporadically after seeing the bodies of their colleagues who had been ambushed and killed by Boko Haram in Chibok. They also complained of not getting adequate weaponry to fight Boko Haram and poor conditions. The soldiers shot at their commander during the rampage but didn't kill him.
