Lamar Odom discharged from Vegas hospital, sent to Los Angeles for further treatment

Lamar Odom has been discharged from Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, where he has been receiving medical treatment after being found unconscious last Tuesday, and is heading to LA, California for further treatment.
Doctors were in the early stages of yesterday, working out the logistics of how Odom would be transported to SoCal, because his stature previously prohibited him from being airlifted in a helicopter.
E! News reported that the former Laker's health is improving day to day, but that he will need "a lot" of rehab in the coming months.
Lamar is "making fast progress" and can move his arms and legs, but he is not able to stand up, even with assistance, there may be some cognitive issues ahead.
Though Lamar is still on dialysis due to kidney failure, he is showing signs of improvement.

Additionally, he is no longer wearing an oxygen mask and is "doing great with his breathing."

Khloé Kardashian accompanied him in the helicopter ride to Los Angeles.

Odom's move to Los Angeles will also help Khloé remain close throughout his rehabilitation.Khloe hasn't left his side since he was admitted on Tuesday, and a source close to the family said:
"She goes everywhere with him. If Lamar leaves the room for testing, she follows."

I went to the Crystal Palace game at the weekend and it's got so bad for fans like me that you can now even buy match tickets on the day of the game. The last time I can remember that happening is when I was a boy - I'm 29 now. I couldn't bring myself to go to the West Brom game last night: I s...
